  • Both shared and private rooms. All homes are fully furnished and drug- and alcohol-free, with reliable utilities and Wi-Fi included.

  • Our program is best suited for individuals who:

    • Are able to live independently with structure

    • Are committed to personal growth and stability

    • Can follow house rules and expectations

    • Have a consistent source of income or assistance

  • You can apply by completing our online intake form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you regarding next steps.

  • No. Horizons Residential is not a shelter or emergency housing program. We are a private, structured living program designed for individuals who are ready to follow program guidelines and work toward independent living.
